My name is Kaylee Seitter and I am a wedding and lifestyle photographer based in a little village just south of Cairns in Tropical far North Queensland.
Growing up my parents were a bit nomadic and we travelled a lot. I guess that’s where my love of travel started. I spent my early years bare foot, eating coconuts and hanging with the locals in the Solomon Islands. When I was 7 my parents decided to spend a year travelling the US, so my dad bought an old bus, took out all the seats and built bunk beds for my sisters and I to travel around. We finally settled up in North Queensland when I was around 11 years old. I then went on to graduate high school and it was time to leave my small town and go off in to the world.
I studied Fine Art and Graphic Design at University and worked as a Designer for many many years. I’ve also had my fair share of time in front of the camera as a part time commercial, lifestyle and bridal model. It was the combination of these two creative jobs that lead me to my interest in Photography. The wedding industry just sucked me in, as I have a passion for fine details, fashion, style and travel.
I’m super blessed to be married to a gorgeous German guy who I met 11 years ago on one of my many trips to Thailand and loved him ever since! He’s fun and adventurous and we enjoy going on trips off the beaten track with our cameras.
I’m inspired by beautiful light, golden tones, moody skies and the interactions between two people in love
If you like my style i’d love to hear from you x
